Since its foundation in 1992, HAP Consultants has accumulated a broad portfolio of working experience in most parts of the world. Our engineers, environmental planners, economists, institutionalists, sociologists and agriculturalists have completed assignments in English speaking Africa, Eastern Europe, South and Southeast Asia, China, Mongolia and the Kyrgyz Republic in Central Asia, Central America and South America, Pakistan, Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Yemen and Iraq in the Middle East; overall some 300 projects in more than 50 countries.

HAP Consultants services range from project identification, project and programme design and feasibility studies, to appraisal, review and evaluation of larger projects, our services aim especially at short-term assignments, although the firm also offers general project management on mid-term basis.
