HAP Consultants assisted the European Commission’s representation to Malawi with preparing a social and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to evaluate the positive and negative impacts of a proposed expansion of an irrigated sugarcane project.

HAP Consultants has appraised a textile project in Pakistan, under the Danish Public Private Partnership (PPP) Programme, thus established a sound basis for Danida to make a decision on whether to support the proposed project. The Danish project proponent seeks to implement their Code of Conduct at the company's first tier suppliers in Pakistan, thus improving social, ethical and environmental standards.
